Grand Observationists

The telescope is always wide open....

Think about if you are a Reflector, how much are you actually observing all the time? We’re not only good at observation, but we’re also uniquely and mechanically designed to be the highest fidelity observationalists in the human design system. This is not an egotistical observation; it is just so, and when we really are in observation mode and fully aware, we see the operations taking place.
We are able to see patterns clearly because we are not lost in personal bias. We don’t distort incoming data because we can’t (Even if people insist that we do). No filters are filtering what’s coming in, no watering down, so you get zero distortion. Not even mental patterns color it differently. So what we’re observing is how something truly is, in its purest state. It seems quite a bit to claim. And it will be for people who aren’t Reflectors.
We often assume that everybody else works this way, and when we share what we’re picking up, energy, mood, and atmosphere, people look at us like we’re cross-eyed.
This makes us really excellent at reading group dynamics, hidden motives, or unspoken truths that people keep hidden.
Our job throughout the month is literally to observe.

OBSERVE, OBSERVE, OBSERVE!

We have a 360° multidimensional perspective on everything that’s taking place, and often we do not know how to express it effectively. We literally see one situation from every possible energetic angle, and then come up with an answer. Note: It’s always a mess when we become impulsive.

Reflectors must be brave because we allow the whole of complex reality to come upon us, and that’s a lot to take on. This is something that creates great discomfort in other types because they’re not used to confronting such heavy loads. But we literally master paradox and contradictions, and they weigh quite a bit.
As far as time goes, I’m not sure about other reflectors, but I have a very big issue with “time.” We all run nonlinear, but this seems to be an ongoing highlighted theme in my life. I tend to observe things across time, while time has nothing to do with anything. Time simply does not exist. I’m crossing barriers constantly, and I believe all reflectors have this ability.
Our Reflector minds think in patterns, later putting things together from what we’ve observed.

One of the big questions is how truths emerge or what happens to truths. Where are they to be found? This long-view perspective should be valuable to anybody who comes across it.

THE MISSING
We Reflectors, in general, have this heightened sensitivity to “what’s missing.” The missing pieces, we’re always looking for them. Missing truths, missing joys, missing memories, missing integrity, whatever it is. Just take a moment to gaze into your inner telescope and see yourself at work.

And the way we observe is nonlinear; we do not ever observe in logical lines. Nothing is straight; everything is here and there, abstract everywhere, and we never know where it’s going to come from. That’s why we’re going to pick up patterns that others are going to miss, the subtle energetic threads and emotional undercurrents. They will not get past our radar.

My main Sungate is 45, so I’m a gatherer. I observe than I gather—I gather what’s valuable. So each way you observe will have to do with your sun gate in the conscious personality.

Our observations stretch as far as the evolution of humanity because we carry such a broad, almost futuristic quality. We literally sense where humanity is stuck, and where it’s awakening.
